This full-day, in-person meeting will spotlight South Jersey workforce partnerships, employer needs, and emerging models that support New Jersey’s energy efficiency and building decarbonization goals.

Tentative focus areas include:

• Workforce partnership models led by utilities, workforce boards, and industry partners
• Contractor and employer perspectives on hiring, training, and apprenticeships in the EE/BD sectors
• Networking and “partnership conversations” to support regional collaboration and work-based learning opportunities
