NJ ACCA We are the men and women who keep New Jersey running — warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and safe year-round. We built our companies with our hands, our word, and our reputations. When we joined NJ ACCA, we didn’t just sign up for a membership. We joined a group of contractors who believe this trade deserves better — and that we are the ones who will raise it up. We will never use this association, its events, or its relationships as a recruiting ground for one another’s employees. Period. 4. We Share Openly, and We Keep It Safe. What’s said in the room stays in the room. We come here to talk honestly about the real stuff — the wins, the losses and the lessons — without fear it will be used against us. 5. We Support Each Other’s Growth. When one member rises, the whole association rises with them. We offer help without expecting a handout, share hard-earned wisdom without needing the spotlight, and celebrate each other’s wins like our own. 6. We Act in Good Faith. We deal with each other honestly. We compete fairly in the marketplace. We represent NJ ACCA, our companies, and our trade with pride and integrity — on the jobsite, in the boardroom, and everywhere in between. 7. We Protect the Reputation of This Industry.
